The California Legislature is considering a bill that would allow judges to continue to sit for three months after they  have been pronounced dead and hear cases if they can. Its title is the Anti Discrimation Against Deceased or Cremated Judges Act. Frozen judges will be excluded since they have more important concerns.

The results will be turned over to Republicrat National Committee for use in voter turnout in 2004 presidential election. Both parties are now predicting that for the first time the number of  dead voters will exceed live voters.

Oh! the Mad Hatter didn't stop there. "If the criminal seduction of an underage boy by a much older woman is prosecuted as a statutory rape the innocent boy is still liable for child support if her crime results in the birth of a child, the Queen of Hearts-- who seems to pop up in all the family courts--has ruled, agreeing heartily with her Mad Hatter. Almost every state and federal district has a Mad Hatter to insure what logic requires, that the law be carried out so the greatest number of innocents be crippled for life.

You see, Garcetti is a very sick man, far sicker than the Queen and the Mad Hatter. Then look where he practices his antics. The same state that bi-annually puts on a big show trial that used to be hosted by Milton Berle before he died. Why death should disqualify anyone from practicing in California is another question I have to remember to ask the Mad Hatter the next time I appear before one.
